Home Care is individual to each client and there are many ways to ease the financial costs of care, such as:

Income Tax Relief

Income tax relief is available to our clients or their family at their top rate of tax, subject to conditions. This means that you could receive tax relief of up to 41% on the cost of our services. The tax credit can be adjusted so that the relief will apply on a monthly basis rather than annually, which may otherwise be the case.

Home Care Cash Grants

Home Care Cash Grants (which may be available through your local health centre) can be used to defray the cost of the services provided by our company East Cork Home Care.

Contributions from family

We are happy to meet with you and your family to analyze the costs and the financial impact it will have on you and review ways the financial burden could be distributed among willing family members.
